Fallow deer ears. 
Chrome tanned. 
These ears are stiff not flexible. 
Chrome tanned means water resistant so they can be washed. Always dry immediately. 
If you want to reposition the ears. Soak in water for a few hours, no longer than 12,n you can pin or put weights on them to hold them into the position you like and dry them as quickly as possible. 
Do not leave them damp or mildrew will form. 
Please note the darker ears in this case were from mature doe and the lighter colour is from smaller/juvenile (12+) months. 
Darker ears are approximately 12cm(L). 
Lighter 9-10cm(L). 
Approximately 80-90g weight.

Meat byproduct. I always skin deer heads before putting them into the dermestids and the ears would be thrown into waste unless treated immediately.
