These boxes are sold as a mystery based on a few indications you give us. There are no refunds or returns if you did not get the item(s) you wanted in your box; if you want to get something we sell, please buy it separately. Items are never guaranteed, and it can depend on what we do have in stock; we try our best to fulfil your suggestions.

Are you easily freaked out or grossed out? If you are, it's probably best you don't ask us to give you something extra weird. We won't refund you if that antique creepy old doll you get starts haunting your home. Sorry, you're on your own!
This box is not suitable for children under the age of 18. If you've stated you're buying this box for a child, we will, unfortunately, have to cancel your order as the contents may not be appropriate for a child.
Alternatively, if you do want to purchase a mystery for a child, please feel free to contact us to make up something custom for you, especially to the budget of your choosing.

Tell us a bit about what you like, themes you might like or a category of products in general that interest you. Please note that listing items specifically doesn't guarantee the item, it is based on what we have in stock and still wanting this to maintain a mystery box standard.
Please note- Any orders with complicated or niche item choices may result in your order being cancelled and a full refund being returned to you. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if we don't have the specific items in stock, it may result in disappointment.

Tell us what you do not like, you may list specific items in this category but listing too many may result in limiting your mystery box experince. You may also list a certain category of items that do not interest you.
Sourcing
No animal products are CITES listed or protected species. The term ethical is subjective and we all have our different meaning of the word and what we believe is or is not ethical. Please see some of our other item listings, we will tell you whenever possible how our animal products are sourced. Always feel free to reach out to discuss the sourcing of our items, this is a topic we won't just sweep under the rug.
FAQ
I don't think my box is worth what I paid can I please get some more items shipped to me?
A lot of our mystery box items are based off our in-store prices & the work of others. We do not dictate what an individual charges for their own work, time & efforts. No other items will be issued for these requests unless you are missing an item by accident.
I do not like my items and I am disapointed, can I get a full refund even if I do not return the items?
No, we do not issue a refund if you do not return your items. A mystery box is advertised as a mystery, if there is an item in our store you want in particular its more cost effective for you to purchase the item instead of hoping it comes in a mystery box.
I am missing something in my mystery box, can you reship the item?
While mistakes happen and we are only human, all mystery box items over $100 are recorded. Unfortunetaly we have had a few people try and tell us they did not receive a all their items and removing the item before taking a photograph. This situation came to light after we suspected certain indivuals were doing it so we photographed the boxes before they shipped out. If you are missing an item we can certainly help you by reshipping, replacing or refunding the cost of that item.
