Diaphonized Black Bird Hatchling Head

Black bird hatchling. 
Thrown out of the nest by a starling and was already deceased when collected. 
The body is missing because unfortunately I forgot about it while finishing up in potassium hydroxide. I think my ratio was too much for something so small and the body dissolved. 
Head has been going strong for over 1 month! 
Still a cool thing to be able to see inside of.
